Click "Add a new feed."
Step 4: Add Feeds
In the Feed URL field, enter the RSS feed URL you want to fetch content from.
Set other options like "Title" (how the feed title should appear) and "Author" (the default author for the posts).
Click "Add Feed."
Step 5: Define Campaign Settings
Below the "Feeds" section, you'll find additional settings. Configure these based on your preferences.
Pay attention to the "Wordpress category" field. Choose the category under which you want the imported posts to appear.
Click "Save Campaign."
Step 6: Test the Campaign
Once you've added feeds and configured settings, click "Run Campaign" to manually fetch content from the feeds and create posts.
Check your WordPress posts to see if the imported content appears.
Step 7: Set up Auto-Cron (Optional)
WP-O-Matic can use WordPress's built-in cron system. To set this up, you may need to add a line to your server's cron job.
Follow the instructions provided by WP-O-Matic to set up auto-cron.
Step 8: Monitor and Adjust
Regularly check your WordPress site to ensure the imported content aligns with your expectations.
Adjust settings in the WP-O-Matic dashboard as needed.
Remember, the accuracy of imported content depends on the quality and structure of the RSS feeds you add. WP-O-Matic can be a powerful tool, but it's essential to monitor and curate content to maintain the quality of your site. Always consider copyright and licensing issues when importing content from external sources.
